Diapason (Solo Piano)
This is the solo piano version of the album ‘Diapason'. The tuning fork (Diapason) is the symbol of sound vibration. It is the pure sound that travels through space, the source of all sounds. It makes everything vibrate on the same frequency, creating a deep union through music.
“I often say that the piano is the center of my work,” says Roberto Cacciapaglia. “The orchestra and electronic instruments are like constellations, but the sun, the essential center, is always the piano. The piano has always been my voice, a mirror that brings me back to what is real and essential. My long relationship with this instrument is closely tied to my personal growth. In front of the piano, I feel part of a vast world without limits. It gives me the chance to share what I feel and what I believe in.
That is why I wanted to create this solo piano version of 'Diapason'. I wanted to share a deep and personal experience with those who listen to my music. The piano is the central sound in a space that expands. Its harmonies become like rays of light, capable of entering a transparent and deep level of our soul.”
