Seen from a train window, everything passes quickly: houses and trees fall behind, while the observer's eye peers into the near and distant space up to the horizon. Transarmonica is a continuous journey through an unexplored landscape of harmony, a sonic experience of movement, shifting through major and minor tones, triads, and perfect chords that connect deeply with our emotional world. It is a journey without stops, meant to break free from rigid habits, mental theories, and traditional musical codes.

This work looks beyond the boundaries of classical tradition, embracing musical phenomena that act as vehicles for cultural shifts and generational turns. It is an exploration born from the hope that music can transcend categories, leading the listener across frontiers toward a new dawn of perception.

From a discographical standpoint, ‘Trans-armonica’ is not a traditional studio album, but rather a live recording of Roberto Cacciapaglia's opera. The composition is scored for soprano, countertenor, violin, viola, cello, three keyboards, and percussion.
